I’m pleased to announce I’m rolling out Cohort #2 of my 8-week program entitled Managing Employees to Achieve Their Best Results.

This 8-week program designed to elevate your people leaders is limited to 12 attendees (to ensure maximum interaction with me and their fellow attendees).  Weekly workshops are complemented with group coaching sessions for more casual problem solving amongst attendees on what’s working, what’s not and more importantly, what to do about it.  I lead all sessions (including the group coaching) and attendees have access to me throughout the program for individual coaching.
